Join the Master Food Preservers of San Mateo and San Francisco Counties to get some fun and delicious ideas for winter desserts using ice cream and sorbet. We’ll feature a beautiful sorbet for a delicious spin on Champagne cocktails. We’ll share a fast and easy hack to make ice cream sandwiches, a kid-friendly dessert idea that will make everyone happy, and a make-ahead ice cream cake you can customize in a variety of ways. With this workshop, we’ll show you that ice cream is not only a summertime treat!
